Motion to open ballot for Digital Signature Service Metadata Committee Specification 01

Dear TC members,

I suggest the following:

a) that someone seconds the below motion via an email to the TC list
stating "I second" or "seconded"

and

b) that all voting members (including the member that moved (me) and the
seconder (you :-?) to respond to that mail with the seconded statement
within at most seven calender days counting from the send date of the
seconder mail with exactly one of the following three statements on top
of the response:

b.1) Firstname Lastname votes YES

xor

b.2) Firstname Lastname votes ABSTAIN

xor

b.3) Firstname Lastname votes NO

So the chairs can easily summarize the motion as soon as either the last
voting member has sent his mail or the seven days are past whatever
comes first.


MOTION:

I hereby move that

1. we accept the editorial changes to the "Digital Signature Service
Metadata"Â Committee Specification 01 and all associated artifacts
contained in the package at [1].

2. we request this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving
a Committee Specification or Note.

4. we approve the "Digital Signature Service Metadata"Â and all
associated artifacts contained in [1] as Committee Specification 01
(CS01) and designate the Microsoft Word version of the specification as
authoritative.
