Selection of Co-Chair

Hi Chet, Ernst Jan wasn't able to join our DSS-X calls for some time now.
He informed the TC upfront that he started a new job and may have to slow down his activity on our TC.
That's the sad news, but there is also good news: Stefan rejoined the DSS-X TC and after becoming a voting member again we had a ballot at our last meeting and agreed to vote Stefan as Co-Chair.
