[dss] Paper on XML timestamping.

Dear all,

As I commented in our call conference, I have contacted
the two authors of the paper on XML timestamping (Axelle Apvrille and
Vincent Girier) and I have obtained their permission for forwarding
it to the list. They are, obviously, interested in any comment that 
the group could raise. 
The conference where the paper was presented was the following one:
