1. Dale began the meeting with agenda items 1 and 2, with action on 1 deferred until Kathryn arrived.
2. Kathryn arrived and agenda item 1 was discussed.
Pim moved that the PartyId working draft become a committee draft. Dale 2nded.
Kathryn did a role call of the quorum of voting members, and each voting member approved that the working draft becomes a committee draft.
3. Sander had some suggestions for further refinements in the PartyId committee draft and some discussion was devoted to considering these.
4. Previously, Pim had begun reviewing the use cases of semantic agreements that would be covered by a new CPPA information item.
Reviewed Christiano Novelli's and UBL's documentation for semantic agreements.
Kathryn suggested that we could ask for comments on the CPPA semantic agreement support on the ebCore comment list. ebCore would then post to various lists an invitation to comment on what kinds of documents need to be referenced.
5. Kathryn noted that Behari will be a voting member at the next ebCore meeting
