Thanks Pim.

I didn't realize PDF/A didn't save hypertext links. I'll add a note in the user's guide.

In the PDF export from OpenOffice with "PDF/A" checked, the
URI links are not "clickable", they are when I export without this option
checked.

The OASIS style
guidelines require that "hyperlinks are 'live' and match the prose link
text".

Hi Pim,

 What was different about PDF/A?

Sorry for the
  confusion, I saved to PDF/A
format but it looks like the OASIS guidelines for PDF are
incompatible with PDF/A.  If that is true, here is a variant
PDF version that is not PDF/A.

And here are some
suggestions for other lists on which this review can be
  announced:

Hello Kim,

I hope I have now covered all your additional editorial

Lastly, #9. The spec must always have a version
number (OASIS ebCore Party Id Type Technical Specification Version
  1.0).

Please find below a list of required changes to the
submitted spec, PartyIdType-1.0-cd02. To help you with the URI section, the
    following links provide useful information:

The OpenOffice specification template
http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/OASISSpecificationTemplateV3.2.ott

The URI Generator
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/uri-block-generator.php

The URI Tutorial Movie
http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/videos/URIs.mov

This document needs to be changed as follows:

Specification
      URIs (in general):
These must point to locations at docs.oasis-open.org as shown in the specification
      template (http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/OASISSpecificationTemplateV3.2.ott).
If you're having difficulties constructing the proper pathing, feel free
to take advantage of the URI generator (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/uri-block-generator.php).

Note that
all three formats must be provided/noted: editable source (odt in this
      case), html and pdf.

Previous
      Version:
Since this is the first time this document is being uploaded
      to docs.oasis-open.org, it should say
      'N/A'.

There
is no such heading as 'Previous Approved Version'; please refer to the
specification template and the URI generator for proper metadata
      labels and URIs.

Technical
      Committee:
Please hypertext link the name of the TC to the public
homepage as done in the specification template.

Related
      Work:
Please add hypertext links to the OASIS references (and, if
      possible, non-OASIS references).

Footer:
Please
remove the file extension (.odt) from the filename and remove the brackets
      from around the date.

Notices:
Please
remove the text within the square brackets and replace with any specific
      names, abbreviations, etc. as appropriate.

References:
The
Oasis references are not in the correct citation format. Please
change to the citation format shown in the specification template.

For example:
[EDXL-HAVE]
OASIS Standard, “Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Hospital
AVailability Exchange (HAVE) Version 1.0”, November 2008.
http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/edxl-have/os/emergency_edxl_have-1.0-spec-os.doc

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Kim
