Hello
Mary,

You
are right,  I never received this message.  I updated the package and
uploaded it to:

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ebcore/document.php?document_id=39046

For
some reason I have not seen a Kavi upload notice since I uploaded it an hour
ago, so I am sending this separate notification.

I'm guessing that this message never made it to you. Please note that
in addition the link for ebxml CPPA should point to the main site and not a Kavi
link (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ebxml-cppa/documents/ebcpp-2.0.pdf)

Thanks,

Mary

The actual JIRA issue for this one hasn't been created yet - I think
neil is troubleshooting email creation but in the interim you can QC the
    document.

Thanks!
