Please make the following changes to this document: 

1. In the 'This Version' section, the underlying links are incorrect. Please change them from CD02 to CD03. 

2. Also in 'This Version', the html file has an extra 'x'. Please change from 'xhtml' to 'html'. 

3. In 'Previous Version', the html file has an extra 'x'. Please change from 'xhtml' to 'html'. 

4. In 'Related Work', the links do not go directly to the documents. For OASIS ebXML Messaging Services (ebMS) Version 2.0, please change the link to http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ebxml-msg/documents/ebMS_v2_0.pdf.
