        This is a further updated version of CPPA3.  It now covers all of AS4, with 

-  New structures for Payload Profiling and Packaging.

-  Additions to Security

-  Simplified the schema by merging the former DeliveryChannel and DocExchange.  

-  Renamed the *Bindings elements to *Channel (e.g. ebMS3Channel).

-  More documentation

-  Renamed ServiceCollaboration to ServiceSpecification.

-  

ALso the "NamedProtocolChanned" is somewhat revised.  It cover the use case of profile specifications that can be identified using an identifier and that otherwise only need Party Identifiers, Service/Action pairs, certificates and endpoint information.

There is also a test directory, with source CPPs and related CPAs (for those pairs of CPPs that can be merged).  The CPAs are generated by a script that now also covers most of AS4.   OASIS will soon provide an ability to publish open source code that accompanies an OASIS spec.  Once they do,and the script is cleaned up,  I will upload it.

Next steps are to complete the other protocols (ebMS2 and AS1, AS2, AS3) and to address the remaining ebMS3 (including advanced features).
