This feature was requested (and its development driven) by users
      in the energy sector in Europe for use with OASIS AS4 (an OASIS
      Standard profile of OASIS ebXML Messaging Version 3).

    
The ebCore Agreement Update specification will be mandated in a
      future version of their Usage Profile for AS4.
