Re: [ebcore] Your Public Review for Collaboration Protocol Profile and Agreement Version 3.0 has been announced
Hello,
Thanks @paul.knight for your support in setting up the public
review.Â
@ebcore, we did not receive any comments on the PR, on
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ebcore-comment/ there is
only a test message.ÂÂ According to our ballot,Â
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ebcore/ballot.php?id=3505,Â
this means we can start a ballot to approve the CSD/CSPRD as an
OASIS Committee Specification.ÂÂ
As it is holiday period now and we don't want any of you to miss
the opportunity to vote, I propose to wait a few weeks and ask TC
admin to set up the vote in early September. If there any
particular date constraints for any of you, let me know.
Thanks,
Pim

Members of the ebCore TC,
Congratulations on completing for public review this
long-awaited update to the ebXML suite!
Your 30-day public review for Collaboration Protocol Profile
and Agreement Version 3.0 has been announced. The review ends
on July 22. You can find the announcement at https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/invitation-to-comment-on-collaboration-protocol-profile-and-agreement-version-3-0.
Please consider forwarding this announcement on to other
parties who may be interested in the work. In my experience,
TCs that actively solicit outside review get more and better
quality feedback on their specifications.
Also, please keep in mind the OASIS requirements for handling
comments [1]. Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to
the TC's comment list .
The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to
monitor comments. All submitted comments must be acknowledged
by the TC. In addition, the TC needs to maintain a log of
comments received and their resolutions. The comment
resolution log will need to be available when you begin your
next public review. A simple comment resolution log template
is available in OpenDocument [2] and Office [3] format.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding the review or
next steps.
