[ebxml-cppa-btp] Minor revision to the draft Transaction Management(BTP) extension to CPP/A

Thanks to Monica 
(Martin) for her helpful comments.  I have tried to address them all in 
this minor revision, but I may still have more to do.  Certainly I would 
appreciate more comments from folk - I am sure that there are plenty more 
deliberate mistakes for you to find - tune up for the Christmas puzzle 
season!!

 

Seriously, this 
specification is supposed to provide all the configuration information that 
needs to be shared between two parties that have BTP enabled systems that is not 
already covered by the bases CPP/A specification.  I suspect that some of 
the parameters I have put in are not required (but I am not revealing which ones 
just yet - just do not be afraid to shoot - you may find I fall over easily on 
one or two items!!).  More of a concern in away is that there may well be 
very important information that will be required that is currently completely 
missing.  So please have a look, a think and pitch in with some 
help.
