Clarification about teleconference Thursday.

I had an out of band question about TC
procedures.

Today's teleconference, like the mailing list
discussions initially, are just to help people
decide whether and how they wish to participate
in the ebxml-cppa TC. For membership purposes,
and Oasis TC purposes, the first meeting will
be the face to face July 24 and 25 in Scottsdale
Arizona, as mentioned on the website.

So while I don't wish to discourage anyone from
calling in, the teleconference is just to help
people decide about participation. After all,
face to face commitments involve resources, and
energy, and I think it is useful to allow
informal discussions prior to the TC face to face.
