RE: Meeting minutes

Kevin,

The minutes for today's informal call were circulated on this list earlier
today.  After updating them with respect to any comments that may follow, I
plan to ask the webmaster to post them to the website in a couple days or
so.

I will circulate the F2F minutes on this list shortly.  In the case of
formal (voting) calls and F2F meetings, I plan to circulate the original and
revised minutes on the list, then have them posted to the website after
approval by the team.

If anyone has substantive concerns, please post them on this list for
discussion.
