I'm also neither a lawyer nor a play lawyer but it seems to me that a party
may need to know the other party's non-repudiation archiving policy at the
time that the CPA is negotiated.

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV;-) Seems to me that each party
would be concerned
only with its own archiving, not its partner's.

I don't see this as a function of the MSI as NR is a business-level
concern.
