<1.0 bug> Inconsistent spelling of uriReference

The example on lines 650 and 651 (section 7.5.1) uses 
uriReference. This is consistent with all other examples with the exception of 
the one on line 694 (section 7.5.2.3) which uses 
uri-reference.
