[ebxml-cppa] Follow-up to successful use statement

Regarding the successful use statement made on 04-June-2002 by XML 
Global at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ebxml-
cppa/200206/msg00002.html, XML Global would like to further note that it 
is aware of IPR claims sent to OASIS concerning implementations of the 
OASIS ebXML CPPA specification.
