Hima has an action item to provide discussion on how to handle a simple
SOAP message
(MIME content-type "text/xml") as a Package or SimplePart element. Our
goal is to make this happen 
with no schema change and at most a small textual clarification...

Dale has an action item to send out a list of meetings for October and
November.
