Re: [ebxml-iic-conform] comments on latest issues

To all,

     Attached are my comments to your suggestions/questions/comments 
regarding the ebXML MS Conformance Test Requirements and
Annotated MS Specification documents.
      I've incorporated those suggestions into changes in both of those 
documents, and have now posted them for a vote this week.
Attached are "my comments to your comments", reflecting those changes.

resolution in voting by Friday.
