   I have comments added as <MIKE> - Agree with you and
will change format of abstract test table

to use XPath to express both MIME and message manipulation.  

   I have switched all tests over to XML format now.  Much
easier to manipulate appearance of

abstract tests, and also brings us very close to actual XML test
format.  I will post the latest

abstract test table ( with Jacques recommendation ) as well as updated
XML formatted tests

prior to Monday's phone conference.
