Re: [ebxml-iic] liaisons

OASIS RegRep seems like a place we need representation, especially after the 3.0 releases in that group are complete.  I can fill in there.

- Other OASIS groups...

please let us know your interest in liaising to these groups or others (on the IIC list).

If there are more demand, we may have to vote for the "primary".
