Section 7.1 update

Title: conf call Monday 16

Jacques and all,

  

  Attached is a update of section 7.1 of the 
Test Framework spec based on last weeks discussion.  Basically I modified 
and moved the "rules" for pass/fail/undetermined

to the end of that section.  The rest of the 
document remains the same at this point.   Section 9 likely will be 
"trimmed" regarding example test files, as only ebXML MS 

conformance and interop test suites are available 
(registry and bpss to follow).
