Reliable HTTP

IBM has just made available a draft primer and specification for reliable
delivery of messages via HTTP. You can find the primer article on the IBM
developerWorks site at www.ibm.com/developerworks/webservices . There is a
link to the specification document in the resources section of the primer
article.
