under the Via element. This is inconsistent 
with the description of the Via element in Section 8.7 which does not include 
the deliveryReceiptRequested attribute.

 

Section 8.4.7.1 shows that the 
deliveryReceiptRequested attribute is part of the QualityOfServiceInfo
