Header Container in Figure 7-1

In Figure 7-1 (page 13, line 423, of Message Services Specification,
Version 1, 11 May 2001), the arrow to the left of "Header Container"
appears to be pointing at the "SOAP-ENV:Envelope" box, whereas it
seems that it ought to be pointing at the box containing that box,
namely the "MIME Part" box.  Line 449 says that the "Header Container"
is the "root body part".
