The technical report http://www.ebxml.org/specs/secRISK.pdf contains
examples of how to specify S/MIME encryption and S/MIME signature
packaging using the Packaging element defined in the CPP/A spec.
See line 1051 S/MIME profile for application encryption of payload
and line 1076 S/MIME profile for application signing of payload.
(There's probably a bug on line 1065 as it references a part named
payload that's not defined within the enclosing Packaging element.)
