RE: proposed T2 con-call Wed 8/29 8:00 am PDT

Here's a place to start.  Tracking is on.

I have suggested wording for a new Via attribute called retryCount and I have
included explanations in section 10.  An Acknowledgement Message can now be
either a message containing an Acknowledgement element, a DeliveryReceipt
element or both.

The Signature example has been corrected.

I have applied changes for items 12, 15, 17, 19, 25, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36,
37, 39, 40

Not applied (either rejected or v2.0) items 16, 24, 38,

The schema has been worked on but needs to be checked.
