OK, I'm going to have to look into the BPSS document more.  I don't know what BPSS thinks NRR means but I do know the normal meaning of NRR and it has nothing to do with payload parsing/validation.  If BPSS thinks it does then BPSS needs to change their terminology.  Regards,  David Fischer Drummond Group.
