ebXML MS draft 1.01

Please note - the deadline for reviewing this draft and responding with any proposed modifications is this Thursday, Sept 27.
Attached is a draft incorporating the editorial changes from David Burdett's log of changes distributed to the list on September 5 [1].  It also contains a revised schema, and several other modifications, that Arvola submitted to the T2 team on September 10.  I have left Arvola's comments in this draft to help identify those changes.  In addition, I have attached a summary list for all issues marked as editorial to help facilitate cross referencing as you review the draft specification.  Please note that this list identifies a number of items that still require discussion, or have associated questions that the group needs to resolve.  The line numbers in the issues log do not match this draft any more - you will have to go back to V1.0 (11 May 2001) to refer to the changes by line number.  I have indicated sections of the document to help alleviate this problem.  As noted above, Thursday Sep 27 is the deadline to respond with any changes or issues to this draft.  Once that date has passed, I will clean up the draft based on the input and create a clean version of the spec (V1.02) to distribute to the list for the October 3-5 f2f.  We also need to determine how we will handle several sections of the document in relation to the transition to OASIS:   the cover page (logos, format), the authors and editors section, the participants, OASIS document conventions, etc.   Currently these all reflect the past participation under the ebXML effort, and we need to establish a format to add the OASIS ebXML Messaging TC sponsored effort and participants.
