Meeting Attendance _requirements

Colleagues,

A number of people have been asking about attending the Face To Face Meeting
next week the requirements are straight forward.
1 You MUST be a member of OASIS or an employee of and OASIS member
organisation
2 You Should have been subscribed to the list - the meeting will start
directly from the mail list discussions
3 You MUST notify Sinisa Zimek [] of you intention to
attend

In the event of formal voting being required for issue resolution only those
people that are eligible to vote as defined in the minutes of September 10
Conference call will be formally recognised by the chair and the vote
recorded accordingly.
