Important - Increased frequency of calls etc.

Team,

	during last week's meeting the TC voted to meet the December
deadline for submission of  version 1.1 of the Messaging Service
Specification to become an OASIS specification.  As the submission date is
December 1 and our next face to face was tentatively scheduled for the week
of December 10 it was decided to bring the date forward.  Due to the
Thanksgiving Holiday on November 22 the latest practical date was November
13-15.  Also it is necessary to accelerate our teleconference schedule to be
weekly and make at least 2 of them voting meetings.  Failure of voting
members to attend the calls or give notice of non attendance may result in
the suspension or loss of voting status.

	The call schedule and minutes are now available on the updated web
site.
