RE: Role in TraceHeader

I think that adding it as an optional element is a good idea although not an
absolute requirement. If we do include it then we can use it to indicate the
role any intermediary took when sending a message. At its simplest this
would be a simple "Message Forwarder".

We added Role to To and From.  We have been trying to keep the Sender and
Receiver elements consistent with From and To.  Do we need to add Role to
TraceHeader?
