RE: [ebxml-msg] Acknowledgment Backward Compatibility
Any Acknowledgment (no errors on unexpected Acknowledgment). An Acknowledgment
Message is now defined as any message containing an Acknowledgment element.

Is that End-to-End Acknowledgement, Intermediary Acknowledgement or any
acknowledgement?

We need to add a statement to the RM section:

If an Acknowledgment Message is received unexpectedly,
it should be ignored. No error should be sent.

This is needed because v1.0 implementation tied Acknowledgment to
deliverySemantics.
