[ebxml-msg] Multiple schemas for a Manifest References

David, I was charged with comeing up with a proposed wording change to
explain why there might be more than one Schema in
SOAP:Body/Manifest/Reference/Schema.  Now that I look at section
3.2.1.1, I see that the answer is already there, almost.  I suggest
that where it says "it (e.g. an XML Schema, DTD, or a database
schema)", we simply change "or" to "and/or".  I think that would take
care of it.
