[ebxml-msg] Issue 166: syncReplyMode

I agree with Doug that the current language in section 7.4.7 
syncReplyMode (in Draft Version 2.0) precludes returning the Reliable Messaging 
Acknowledgment unbundled with applicaton or business level 
response.

 

The offending statement on line 1632 currently 
states:

 

"If the syncReplyMode parameter is not none, a SyncReply 
element MUST be present and the MSH must return any response from the 
application or business process in the payload of the synchronous reply message, 
as appropriate."

 

The new syncReplyMode in the CPP/A spec "mshSignalsOnly" 
specifically allows for the possibility of returning only the Reliable Message 
Acknowledgment synchronously. I strongly recommend that this particular 
syncReplyMode be mentioned and the expected behavior described in section 
7.4.7.
