[ebxml-msg] What format for implementation feedback?

Title: What format for implementation feedback?

Fujitsu developers (currently developing 2.0) have

some comment on the spec, and ask me to relay these to the TC. 

I am not sure what is the format/process to submit

an "implementation feedback".

Should I use the same XML format currently used for "editorial" and "technical"?
