[ebxml-msg] content-id error in Appendix B?

After reviewing the SMTP example in Appendix B, I noticed that the 
content-id values for the SOAP envelope and the payload were identical 
().  I checked the issues page and errata 
sheet, but I didn't see an issue logged.
