Team,

	to follow on from some of my previous messages,  now that version 2
is complete I will start to collect the requirements and publish an outline
requirements list/document in the next week for us to start working from.

	I also propose a physical meeting to:
1) Complete the requirements definition. (This does not mean that further
requirements will not be accepted - we must start from somewhere.)
2) Scope the requirements into one or more work packages.
3) Start wok on the first package.

	I have provisionally been offered meeting facilities during the
period October 9-11 in the USA.  I do not expect a 3 day meeting, 1 1/2 to 2
days is what I expect.

	I now require 2 things from you:
1) Do you wish to be an active participant in the process with the
illegibility to vote - you must attend 2 out of 3 meetings to maintain
membership this includes the teleconferences or request a leave of absence
(see the OASIS TC guidelines for details)
2) Are you interested/able to participate in a meeting October and if so
which dates would you prefer i.e. Wed/Thu or Thu/Fri.

	Finally I would like us to have conference call sometime early in
September and I would appreciate a volunteer to host it. Offers?
