Conference calls & voting eligibility

All,

	Apologies, we should have had a call today but I was unable to get
any details out in a sensible time.

	I would like to set up the next 2 calls for Wednesday April 23 @ 1pm
Pacific 4 pm East Coast and also May 7.  Would people please VOLUNTEER to
host a call!  (Thanks to Cyclone Commerce for the last)

	I need to make a call in May a formal meeting  to establish voting
eligibility, I propose the first which I have provisionally set for May 7th
unless this is a major conflict.

	As few people were able to make the last call I would like to ask if
the current call day and time is sensible for most people.  We have been
using these times for a year but may no longer be optimum.  If people would
like a change please post a suggestion, I would not think any time after 4pm
east Coast would be particular popular!
