Re: [ebxml-msg] Groups - ebxml-msg-2.0-issues.html modified

This is the last change in a set of uploads and modifications to get the 
latest issues list into our Documents folder.  All three new files (XML, 
HTML and ZIP) are dated 9 July 2003 to reflect the time they were last 
edited.  My apologies for the delay in getting them to the site.
