Emerging approach to SWA based on PASWA

Hi,

The W3C XMLP group has made available a draft where a new MIME
Multipart/related serialization (section 3.3) is being described,

This proposal factors in the PASWA infoset encoding perspective.
Possibly this can become a topic for discussion for Messaging when we
next discuss using the SOAP body when doing simple cases of
collaboration. The draft is very preliminary but some basic changes from
the classic SWA are evident. 

The interaction and integration with security operations (hashes,
encrypt-decrypt) and/or compression is not yet taken up, unfortunately.
