Request to reschedule conference calls

            I
have received a request to reschedule the time of our weekly calls to be less
inconvenient by our Japanese contributors as our current time is 3:30am local
time.  The suggestion has been made to either move forward or back with
the following starting options:

            1)
6:30am Japan, 2:30pm Pacific, 10:30pm British, 11:30pm (23:30) European

            2)
11:30pm (23:30) Japan, 7:30am
Pacific, 3:30pm British, 4:30pm (16:30) European

The primary reason for the last time shift was for people
who no longer regularly attend.  I am also open to change of day if this
helps.   As the only regular British/European attendee I can make Option
1) any day or up to +1 hour later start(7:30,3:30,11:30),  Option 2) Clashes
Monday and alternate Wednesdays.  Option 1) or similar would be my preferred
reschedule.

            I
am not proposing that we reschedule the next call on July 27th but I
would like any discussion / decision on that call
