Document Description:
This document follows-up on the proposal of remodeling the former section 3
"COncept of Operation" (see item 8 in update list of Jan 18, 06). (One of
the authors did not like the term "Operation", due to ambiguous meaning.
Replaced with "Processing".) Also the notion of "Default Operation Mode" is
cleaned-up, redesigned, and made orthogonal to the presence/value of
AgreementRef.
