1.6 Namespace Prefixes

I am wondering if the following prefixes should be added to the grid in
section 1.6 Namespace prefixes.

ds  - http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#
enc - http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#

Also 
soap - http://schemas.xmlsoap.org.soap/envelope
Or alternately we should modify the security samples in 6.9 to use the S11
namespace instead.
