Updates after comments on previous 0.8., although the previous diffs of 0.8
has not been removed but just updated(combined diffs)
- added authorization tokens in General parameters (kept the authorizatin
"switch" in PMode.Security)
- AckOnDelivery boolean replaced under AtLeastOnce parameter
- other reliability contracts more explicit as of the definition they
relate to in the specification.
- added AcksTo parameter to accommodate both WS-R and WS-RM.
