Thansk & No call Sept 19

Team,

	After this weeks successful session in San Jose I propose we cancel the weekly call for next week. (Thank you to all who attended for the constructive work you all put in and Jacques and Fujitsu for their generous hosting.) I will post some notes, the actions and our outline plan shortly.  Most people have actions that will take more than a few days to get started so using the usual meeting time on the production of concrete proposals is probably more beneficial than having a call to discuss them.
