Title: AS4 profile ready for TC review

Everyone,

        the AS4 sub committee has completed a draft AS4 Profile for formal review by this TC as required by the OASIS TC process as the first step to becoming a committee draft.  Please read the profile and post any comments.   The TC intends to begin the formal voting after the next call unless substantive issues are raised.
