FW: [ebcore] Groups - CPPA SC of ebCore TC conference call added

For those interested, a subcommittee was set up to work on
CPA version 3 under the ebCore TC.

CPA 3.0 has been working towards supporting ebMS 3.0 Core
for some time, and now that we are making progress with Part
2 functionality, perhaps we can include support for those as
well.
