On further reading of section 7 I notice that typos, eg. '... m P-Mode parameters..' have crept in and areas where the use of language can be improved. 

I am happy to 'fix' those by Wednesday if ok with the rest. If ok let me know if I should edit wd69 or wait for wd70.
