proposed wording for Reception Awareness

Proposed wording based on today’s discussion:

“Reception Awareness requires that an eb:Receipt be sent after the message has been successfully processed by the Receiving MSH (i.e. not just “received”). Successful processing of a message means that none of the MSH operations needed over this message has generated an error.”

We might want to add this note, in order to disambiguate about “delivery”:

“NOTE: because the latest steps of a message processing (leading to actual “delivery” to the message Consumer) may vary greatly in their implementation from one implementation to the other, it is left to implementers to clarify to users at what exact step of the MSH processing flow the eb:Receipt is sent.”
