AS4 CSD to CS

Hi All

Afraid I missed the meeting - seems daylight savings kicked in in the northern hemisphere but my calendar still showed the meeting as scheduled for 20h30 SAST.

Anyway I aprove the motion of setting up a ballot to take the AS4 Committee Specification Draft to Committee Specification (CSD to CS) as raised at the meeting today - 18 April 2012.
